I had carpenter ants behind my paneling, and I called Medwick. Michael responded, came out, and sprayed inside & out the same day. Very reasonable price.
After about a month, I found the first treatment didn't fully do the job, so I asked him back to look it over. He said I was under warranty. Came and did a more extensive treatment, no charge. Very responsive and stands behind his work!
