“I'm pretty picky about my yoga classes. I generally like to feel like I got a solid workout in with poses that are challenging but do-able for someone who is beginner/intermediate level, and Cleveland Yoga Little Italy has proven to be a great fit for me (especially with their student discount that you can email the owner about!).Their studio is heated to 87+ degrees, and depending on how many other people are taking class with you it can feel much hotter. You definitely get a great sweat in, and they have classes varying in length throughout the week. My favorite class I've taken has been the Sunday AM Power Vinyasa with Melissa. By the end of the 75 minutes I feel like a new person - definitely recommend if you want an intense but reasonable hot yoga class. Make sure to bring a towel and water!!“

“I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.“

“If you are in the Shaker Heights area and looking for a great Pilates studio, you are in luck. White Cloud is moving from Cleveland Hts to Van Aken. While I don't wish for more competition to schedule classes, it is unfair not to shout out the excellence of this group. The instructors are not only fantastic and knowledgeable, but they are fun and welcoming and just overall great people. I have been attending classes for several months now (and will continue), and already notice a change in strength and flexibility. It is a hugely beneficial program - both body, mind and spirit.“

“Was just an average competitor at best until I met Chuck Mauceri. I went from never placing, to placing in every thing I compete in. Chuck will not only take care of you during your contest prep he will take care of you after your prep. Day of show he takes good care of you as well. Reccomend if you want to compete or accomplish some personal goals stop in and see Chuck.“

“We have been attending personalized workouts at FT for many years. The program is for those seeking personalized training. What distinguishes FT from the big box gym setting is the trainers. The trainers hold specialized degrees and are knowledgeable about body mechanics. If there are any issues, such as injuries, the trainer is able to assist with recovery. The caliber of the staff is top notch. Every trainer is a dedicated professional. The trainer helps you with your fitness goals and customizes a workout to achieve the goal. The encouragement of the trainer is very motivating. FT records your progress and continually switches up the exercise routines in order to maximize fitness. The FT trainers are great with beginners and can also train individuals that desire a hard core challenging routine. Scheduling workouts is super easy as the training session can be scheduled online. The gym is divided into private areas is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. We attend the Hudson gym and the Manager TJ is accommodating and dedicated to making your workout an excellent experience. Would highly recommend FT!“

“This location is very extensive. It has two levels and so many options of machines to use. Even though this is only my second location I have visited, it is superior to the last gym that I frequented. There is a spa area, multiple areas with great machinery. It also is continously cleaned and well provided for.“
