The service itself was outstanding, do not misinterpret the quality and dedication of the trainers. They are top notch, best I ever worked with. However, due to a very limiting medical condition and a significant distance to any FT the company and its affiliates will not issue a refund of any sort. Thousands of dollars held back with no accommodation or sense of expediency. From the corporate stand point, they'll take and keep your money even if you got your arm severed off I bet. Would not recommend due to the unprofessional conduct of the administrative end. The trainers yes, the company no.

Came here religiously for years on end until something changed within. They let go of all of the decent trainers and hired way under qualified or knowledgeable trainers instead. Plan on paying upwards of $80 a session for a subpar training service. I would highly recommend going anywhere else over this place. The manager Michael is not a friendly or nice guy by any means

0/10 recommend. This review is long overdue. Trainer was completely inappropriate and made comments such as "squeeze them titties" to me. I wanted to do a couple trial sessions, but got manipulated into buying a 30+ session package. The owner who claimed he has full control over the business is really just a franchise owner.
