Inspiral Motion is a great studio. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I have done Gyrotonic there - Sarah was my instructor - it was amazing! The exercise did wonders for my body and my golf game. I would highly recommend Inspiral Motion.

I have been coming to Inspiral Motion for over nine years. I never tire of the great workouts in gyrotonic and pilates. Lisa Lansing's staff is extensively trained & super helpful. I have increased my flexibility and my core strength working out there. Also, I feel great doing it. There is nothing like the gyrotonic workout. I highly recommend Inspiral Motion.

I have been studying Gyrotonic at Inspiral Motion since it opened and I studied Gyrokinesis and Pilates with Lisa Lansing before that. I have worked with several different instructors over my many years and I can tell you that they have ALL been top-notch and have each brought something unique to the work that has helped me and my body. I may enter there feeling stressed and tight, but I leave feeling strong and open. My body would not be this healthy without Inspiral Motion! P.S.---Gyro is SO FUN! It's like DANCE, yoga, and more all rolled into one!
