I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.
Sophia’s class is superb and so much fun. Starting at 06:30 AM, she'll have you working on a wide variety of muscle groups some of that I didn't even know I had to improve on. I perform long-distance endurance running but after a few hours and a nap after her class, on the same day, I already feel just a bit soreness that usually hits a day or two after running. I also have to mention, the playlist was quick and up pace, and the class will fly by. They have cool socks too. 12/10
Love Corus because It’s such a fun but challenging workout and a little different every-time. The instructors are all amazing and so helpful, ensuring you really are getting the most out of each workout for your body.
