Tami and her team are welcoming, make the practice accessible to all levels and provide a clear path for growth and development as a student whether you are rehabilitating an injury, strengthening your core or developing your own spiritual practice.

Cleveland Yoga has given me a new lease on life! I love so many of the teachers and the classes. It is so easy to find a class/time/teacher that works for my varied schedule every day. All of the staff and owner are very kind and create an environment that welcomes everybody and heals the soul. There are great classes for beginners all the way to seasoned yogis. I absolutely love Cleveland yoga.

The best studio in Cleveland, and one of my favorites in the country! Their flow is creative, intentional, and evenly paced every time; you won’t find a studio like it in the area. Cleveland Yoga and their encouraging instructors (especially Christina L and Jenn H) helped me fall in love with yoga and make it part of my daily routine. You’ll leave feeling challenged, cleansed, and with a deeper appreciation for your body, mind, and life. A must try!
