“From start to finish, we had a great experience with Empire. The company communicated with us throughout the process. Ben, our salesman did not pressure us during the in-home presentation and even suggested that we might require tempered glass in many of our windows due to their height off the floor. We were replacing casement windows with a slider, and when Frank came by to measure, he made some suggestions to help maintain the design aesthetics required by our HOA . Ryan B. and his installer team was great, making sure that everything was covered and that there would be no damage to our property while they were working. Once finished, Ryan demonstrated operation and access for cleaning of the double hung windows (fairly obvious) as well as the slider which is removed for cleaning in a unique fashion. It’s much quieter in the house now and we’re confident that these windows will help reduce our future energy costs.“
