“Had our roof and siding replaced in 2016. Great job on that.
Came out in April of 2026 to replace a couple storm damaged shingles and to fix the gutter. Did the roof repair, was told they didn't have the bracket on the truck for the gutter repair. 6 weeks later, still waiting. I called the office once or twice a week. Same response. Still on the list.

UPDATE:
After giving a review on Thursday the gutter repair was completed on Friday. Not sure if they came Friday because of the review or not but we're happy it's repaired. Thank you for your response Bill and the Weatherseal team. I'll give you 4 stars.“

“I used Home Appeal for my siding, windows and new gutters. Mike was present for every step of the project. He made sure that everything was completed to my specifications. The crews that work for Mike are top-notch. They are thoughtful and made sure that everything was cleaned up after they were done. The windows were the first install. The crews that worked explained everything that they were doing. I also had them remove a bay window from the back of my house. It was finished with two windows that looks amazing. They were respectful of items inside my home, moving them with care, and replacing them when complete. The vinyl siding crew was exceptional. I did have a few requests of covering windows on my garage, and adding shutters. They also put up new lights for outside and replaced the outlets and doorbells.
