At the time, we were not even looking to buy a furnace, but Ray laid out a lot of different options to help us make a decision that was right for us.After we weighed out all of the options at our own pace, it only made sense to us to do it all at once. Everyone we have dealt with up to that point has been courteous and friendly. So we called and let them know to go ahead and put us on the schedule.Now that we had a new furnce installed as well as some ductwork changed and reworked, my feelings have not changed. We got notifications throughout every step, including arrival times. Ryan, our installer, did a great job of explaining things that were being done as well as answering any questions I had.We were impressed that how meticulous they worked on everything. On the first day, the very first thing they did was to put down tarps everywhere to contain all of the debris.We are totally satisfied at how clean our house was after the job was completed. Now, I am not going to say it was perfectly clean because we did find a runaway screw here and there. But 99.9% clean is more than suffice for us.About a week after the installation, they called to schedule a visit to check all of the settings to make some tweaks to the system. We really love that there was no continuous upselling before, during, and after. As facts were discovered along the way, they just laid out the pros & cons of doing something (or not) and what to expect down the road.If you are considering an HVAC repair or replacement, this is the company for you.“
