“I contacted Butts Plumbing after using another company to try to clean out my sewer line. The other company came and attempted to snake the line but said they couldn’t do it because something solid was blocking it. They said it was most likely due to a crushed pipe which would require thousands in repair costs. I contacted Butts and they sent someone the same day. Gene worked at it for over two hours but was able to clear the line, and for less cost than the other company. I definitely appreciate his effort. Butts will be my first call going forward.“
