“Found out late last night our furnace would not kick over no matter what I did to try and reset it(it was in the negatives all night). We called in the morning and Darnell was here within a couple hours. Within the first minute he tested a few things, jumped some power and had it running. From there figured out it wasn’t receiving a heat signal from the thermostat then found the reason was a wire that appeared connected but had broken. Last week we had an issue with our furnace, and Arco sent out our new hands-down favorite technician, Allen. He had already had a pretty long Friday at a variety of jobs, and wasn’t able to get here until 5pm. (And Arco DID keep me updated about that, which I appreciated.) Allen clearly knew what he was doing (22 years of experience), and was as kind and thorough as if it had been 8am on a Monday. He did not rush our job, cleaned up after his work very well, and told us what to expect next, since the part that our furnace requires needed to be ordered.

Ryan and another fellow (sorry I can't remember his name at the moment) showed up on time and introduced themselves and explained the cost involved in putting a camera down the toilet drain to find the cause of a backup. They took the time to explain and show us the whole process and in no time they were done and found some crushed tiles in the front yard. So, as we move forward with the repairs I have no doubt they will do a great job in a timely manner and at the most reasonable price around.

After requiring a Sunday service call with Josh, we realized that we actually had a much bigger problem on our hands. Our pipes actually needed to be replaced throughout the house as it had been built in 1995 using polybutylene pipes, which no longer exist for many reasons. Josh walked us through the process with clear explanations. For two days, Josh and Brandon tackled this undertaking. Josh minimized the number of hours we were without water and the number of holes he needed to cut to access the plumbing. The men were kind and easy to work with.
