“We were in a jam last night as hubby just had hip surgery and his raised toilet did not flush. Thankfully we had a 2nd bathroom but the bigger commode did not fit so had to use smaller one. Called Rudy at 7:06pm on the recommendation of my best friend and he came at 7:43 and stayed until 9:02 with no success. He did not charge us for that time! He came back at 12:30 and left at 2:45-success!!! Whew. We will use Rudy for all our plumbing needs. He is a sole owner and is busy but will get back to you.Services: Toilet repair“

“Our central air conditioner stopped working in the midst of a severe heat wave. We had a service tech come to the house to repair and all they wanted to do was to replace the entire unit. We let them go and then remembered that our daughter had a favorable experience with Merone Heating and Cooling. We called them on a Sunday and they returned our call immediately. Jason came the next day right on time and looked at the unit and tried the simplest problem and went to get a capacitor. When that didn't solve the problem, he checked the blower motor, removed it and took it to get replaced. On Wednesday morning bright and early, he returned with the motor and installed it. It was a pleasant experience. Jason was polite, cordial and professional and was up front and truthful. He also installed a new filter. The icing on the cake was when he explained that the filter was incorrectly. The other techs have been doing it wrong for all these years. And I haven't had to dust since. Bravo Jason and thank.
