“I was worried about my property drainage and called Sewer Heroes to investigate. I felt they had reasonable pricing for the value provided as well as being very responsive. I would call them again. Dylan was a gem.”
“I’ve used F & L Plumbing & Heating for several plumbing jobs, and every visit has gone smoothly. The first big project was when one of our two 50-gallon water heaters failed. Instead of only swapping out the bad tank, Randall explained the option of a whole-house tankless water heater system, and that ended up being the best choice for our home. He removed both large tanks, installed a wall-mounted tankless unit, rerouted the water lines, and also helped coordinate the gas service upgrade needed for proper flow. The whole installation was handled cleanly and efficiently, and the hot water performance has been excellent. Since then, I’ve also had them replace a shower mixer valve and a toilet flush unit, and both repairs were done right the first time. A big plus was that Malachi had good manufacturer connections and was able to help get replacement parts at no cost, which saved us money. I also continue to use them for backflow testing on my fire sprinkler system because they are prompt, professional, and always submit the required paperwork on time. Their pricing is fair for the quality of plumbing work they provide, and I’ve learned that paying for skilled plumbers avoids bigger issues later. Every job I’ve hired them for has been done with solid workmanship, and I highly recommend them.”
