East Coast Septic is a fair, honest company -- Jim and Dan took the time to explain everything that needed to be done with our aging septic fields. They explained the process of repairing it, without any pressure or double talk. Their work is comprehensive and their experience and professional know-how to was able to save me lots of money. We had a wonderful experience working with Dan. He replaced our Leach Fields for us and put down grass seeds and hay for us. He sent us pictures during the process to keep us up to date. He rang us up for any questions before doing anything unexpected. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend him.
Dan was great. I had a busted septic tank cap and he got someone to check it out the next day. They got it fixed asap. He was easy to work with, gave me a fair price and good advice about making sure my cap is buried deep enough so I won't have a problem in the future. As a new homeowner it's important to hire people you can trust. I highly recommend him.
