They also inexplicably disconnected many parts of my system, including the part of my system that prevented an overflow of water for my storage tanks, so I had to babysit my storage tanks until they could schedule me for a new pump installation. I felt tricked and held hostage by them. Besim diagnosed and fixed my issue for a few hundred dollars instead of the tens of thousands estimated by a dishonest and/or incompetent company.
