First, let me say I do not enjoy doing home renovations. My primary bath needed to be remodeled, so I went to Rim Plumbing for some ideas. Fortunately for me, Roxanne Lopalito is a designer there. Her professionalism and excellent taste guided me through the entire process. I asked many questions and required many meetings and Roxanne was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I now have a beautiful primary bath, and have just ordered the things I need to remodel a second bath.If you want help for a renovation, look no further than Rim and especially Roxanne for a seamless process.I cannot recommend more highly!

The control valve on my Procom stove broke, and finding a replacement part was nearly impossible. I finally found one online, but it had missing parts. These guys helped me find fixes to my problems and to get the part working ... which saved me a $1000 on a new stove. Very helpful.

I have recently purchased an online water leak prevention system from RIM. Not only did they help me research the best product but gave me different price point options. They recommended the best product for my needs. The product was delivered on time, I received a call when the driver was on the way and when they arrived. They asked me whether they could bring in the house if I was home or where they should leave it outside. Very professional, quality run business with a customer service mindset. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for plumbing supplies.
