Eddy and team were a dream to work with. Eddy was here within minutes of my call when my hot water heater started leaking. My boiler stopped working the saturday night before the big storm last week. I called Eddy at Essential and he walked me through possible fixes on the phone to make sure it wasnt something easily fixable. With one video and in a matte rof minutes he duduced that my pump wasnt working. He told me he was going to come by. Literally 5 minute later he was at my house fixing the issue and had my bolier boliing within the hour of one of the coldest days of the year so far. These guys are no joke and I would recomend them to anyone in the area.
