True North Yoga
“While visiting Western New York, I went to a semi-private class at True North Yoga. Molly is a phenomenal teacher - offering adjustments, reminding you to breathe and not taking herself too seriously. She will push if you want it - but is great at adapting the class to your skill set and desired intensity level. Molly offered adjustments and corrections - she greatly improved my down dog and other basic poses! I'm a beginner who has gone to a variety of classes and felt very comfortable with Molly's teaching style of "cue, not view." Also, the yoga barn is AWESOME! Love the stained glass :)”
