While visiting Western New York, I went to a semi-private class at True North Yoga. Molly is a phenomenal teacher - offering adjustments, reminding you to breathe and not taking herself too seriously. She will push if you want it - but is great at adapting the class to your skill set and desired intensity level. Molly offered adjustments and corrections - she greatly improved my down dog and other basic poses! I'm a beginner who has gone to a variety of classes and felt very comfortable with Molly's teaching style of "cue, not view." Also, the yoga barn is AWESOME! Love the stained glass :)
I have had Kim as a stylish for many years she is excellent . She listens to what you ask for and she delivers she's very pleasant funny the place is spotless would not consider going any place else everybody that works at the salon are wonderful people five stars from me..
10/10 we absolutely love Dr Dan and his crew. I called randomly because my new to me golden retriever Lucky had some nasty ears and they got me in that evening and he had a double ear infection. I am so blessed when every other vet I called wasn’t accepting new patients. Lucky, also just got fixed last week and a nurse called me the next day to check on him and see if I had any questions. I love this office and Dr Dan is so sweet and patient, I recommend them to everyone.
