“Grounded by Yoga has been a godsend for me. When my husband prepared to go on his last deployment, I felt scared, anxious, and worried that I would be in a freefall until he returned. That wasn’t the case. Thanks to Sandy and her reliable family of GBY teachers and students, I was embraced and supported throughout the entire deployment. I have never felt more grounded and just plain ol’ good until my experience with Grounded by Yoga. I highly recommend this studio to all beings. 5 stars“
