“My main sewer line backed up, once again. Anthony came out within an hour of me calling. He was professional and courteous. He snaked the line and then sent a camera into the pipe to show me what is causing the backup. He said that the roots from my tree on the lawn were growing into the line causing the pipe to become blocked. I asked about reaming the pipe and unfortunately because it's Orangeburg it will collapse if I try to ream it. He suggested replacing the sewer line from house to street. I'm having them come to give me an estimate this week along with a few others. Although they're a little more pricey than the past few guys that I had come and snake the line, I definitely recommend using them.“

I sent him a video as requested so he could assess the job. He determined my pinhole leak in my pipe was important enough to come over on a Sunday.

He also discovered and showed me the rest of the pipe was corroded.

The pipe was efficiently replaced. He was fully prepared, neat, clean and professional.

I was also expecting a crazy bill for this, it certainly was not! They emailed me the bill and I paid it electronically. So simple!

We called Rich at Galaxie Plumbing, explained the issue and he came the same day and did a great job fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend him.“

“I have been using Genesis for over 20 years (at minimum) and had an unfortunate incident recently at my home. A driver was nervous about the street I am on and decided to part partially on the sidewalk for safety. Unfortunately the weight of the truck damaged my sidewalk.
