“Called this awesome guy Johnny on a Saturday morning and within a couple hours him and Kevin were already at my parent's house in Hicksville!
He assessed the situation and said he would be back on Monday with the stuff to fix the tub that was leaking into the basement. I asked him to come back on Wednesday and he came over with Frank and they got right to work.
He could have quoted me this and that and upsell to replace this and that but he wanted to first try and fix the issue without making it a big thing which we agreed with.
Pricing was fair and you can tell he's just a good dude. Very professional and knows what he's doing. You know you found someone good when you know you would call them again.”
