Called this awesome guy Johnny on a Saturday morning and within a couple hours him and Kevin were already at my parent's house in Hicksville!
He assessed the situation and said he would be back on Monday with the stuff to fix the tub that was leaking into the basement. I asked him to come back on Wednesday and he came over with Frank and they got right to work.
He could have quoted me this and that and upsell to replace this and that but he wanted to first try and fix the issue without making it a big thing which we agreed with.

Other plumbers could not get the grease buildup from 10+ years and I saw Johnny‘s company gave him a call, he came in an hour diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They worked when it was down pouring and still got the job done. Highly recommend.
Johnny and Kevin were so quick to respond to my request when I noticed a leak in the basement. They texted me back within minutes and offered to come over the same evening. Their whole crew was very neat and professional and had my pipes back up and running right away! Very upfront and transparent, and they offered a warranty period as well.
