I have been using Genesis for over 20 years (at minimum) and had an unfortunate incident recently at my home. A driver was nervous about the street I am on and decided to part partially on the sidewalk for safety. Unfortunately the weight of the truck damaged my sidewalk. The owner called me immediately and was courtesy professional and not in the least defensive regarding the incident and all of this was prior to him reviewing the photos I took. He understood my concern and rectified the matter within 48 hours by sending experts to fix the issue. I NEVER heard of this company before and was pleased to know they exist Now the price of oil has me clutching MY PEARLS ... HOWEVER I was beaming with PRIDE grateful to have a found them

Very impressed, referred by the previous owner and I’m very happy that I took their suggestion. The guys are so polite whether it’s the delivery people or customer service. What impressed me most was that they will come the same day you call, that’s what I call service.
