After speaking with the owner Timmy, I made an appointment to get 2 area rugs and my white couch cleaned.<br><br>I was worried about the couch due to it being 1) white, and 2) a polyester/linen blend, but the technicians Sammy and Chico were very knowledgable and knew what technique to use for each piece based off of the fabric compositions. Both Sammy and Chico brought positivity and good vibes for the 2-hour cleaning, which I appreciated on a Monday morning! They were on-time for my appointment and worked diligently. They made sure to protect the floors, walls, and furniture in my space. They communicated with me throughout the cleaning process and gave me tips on how to care for my pieces moving forward to best protect my investment.<br><br>All of the pieces came out excellent. The white couch had a lot of water marks, discoloration, and small stains, which Chico and Tommy were able to get out. Everything looks sparkling, fresh, and new!<br><br>I would 100% recommend Olympus Carpet & Upholstery, and specifically Sammy and Chico, to anyone in the NYC area who is looking to get their carpets and upholstery cleaned. The level of professionalism is unmatched.”
