I called about scheduling a couch cleaning, and the gentleman on the phone requested that I send him a photo of my couch. After reviewing the photo, he called me back and told me it was a dry clean only couch (it was), and suggested that it'd be much easier and cheaper for me to remove the cushion covers and take it to a dry cleaner vs. hiring a cleaning company. He also gave me tips on how to clean the non-cushion areas (baby wipes; nothing with alcohol). He was spot on with his advice, and I think one of the hallmarks of a good business is when they let you know you don't need them. Thanks so much NYCleaners! Hope to be able to use your services in the future :)

I've had multiple rugs cleaned from this company for cat urination. The communication is always consistent and the carpets have all come back in great condition. David always comes in a timely manner and is very informative about what I can do at home to clean myself.
