They were fast and prompt, quality of my cleaning of my rug was good, but the color of the rug still had a faded white color. The price was a little on the higher side. The rug was beyond excellent. They had to do some patch work, then some artistry and the results were spectacular.
We cannot say enough about this company! From the moment of initial contact through the pick up of our rugs in perfect timing, to the beautiful quality of the expert cleaning and repair, Horizon Rug Care and Joseph in particular were stellar!
We would highly recommend their service which is based on knowledge and years of experience. Great advice and excellent attention to our needs. Joseph went above and beyond to see that we were happy with our purchase.
