I recently had a runner installed by this store, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The installer they sent to my house was very unprofessional. He was rude to my elderly mother and left the job multiple times to smoke outside in my driveway. On top of that, the work he did was sloppy and unprofessional. When I called the store to alert them to this, they were dismissive and told me, "He is one of our best guys, he knows what he is doing"Ultimately, I had to hire another store to fix his subpar work. I have had great experiences shopping and buying carpet at Campbell’s carpet and today I had another great experience with the carpet cleaning services they provide.My dog was sick in the middle of the night in 3 different rooms.Evan cleaned 2 of the 3 areas without any signs of the stains that she had left.The more stubborn area was in my bedroom where I have very light carpeting.He suggested I try the color restore/repair as an added service…. and within 5 minutes- stubborn stain vanished.Highly recommend them. Evan was professional and punctual and gave helpful advice for the future should this happen again. Thanks so much!! Will definitely use them again.

I should have taken before and after photos. Campell's employees Evan and Pat did a fantastic job of getting stains out of the carpeting and the upholstery. Excellent work, and I thank Campbell's for sending them on the same day that I called.
