This salon is clean and inviting and the owner Danielle is a gem! I was home in Buffalo for the game and the holiday and was in desperate need of a haircut. I wear short hair that takes a lot of skill to achieve as i am naturally curly but work against it daily. I showed Danielle a picture and she took her time, asked questions throughout the process and truly gave me one of my best cuts in 48 years! We never had an awkward moment of silence and i left there starting my vacation feeling as though she was one of the friends i was coming home to spend time with!!! I will now deliberately be forgoing my haircut prior to visiting home just so I can go to Danielle whenever I’m in town! She is absolutely a professional skilled stylist! ❤️

After experiencing a sewage back up, I was provided with a quote by a friendly employee. After getting quotes from a few other companies, we decided to move forward with Servpro and a crew was on site within a day. The crew assessed the situation and cleaned up the mess. Some equipment stayed on site for a couple days to make sure things were dry and clean. Jennifer was very responsive when I had a billing question. Thank you!!

Walked into the salon there Katie stands bright eyed and smiling. As we chat I tell her what I had in mind . We shampoo and her magic takes over. She begins cutting then blowing out. A pure transformation from when I came. She shares the excitement with me. She is sweet listens to her customers is always on time and does an awesome job. Might I add the salon is matriculate yet warm and comfortable. Very reasonable prices for her services. What more could you ask for?

I booked with Alex online, and he delivered an excellent cut. Despite his youth, Alex's skill is evident; he's formally trained as a barber and comes from a family with roots in the industry, truly knowing his craft.
It's fantastic to have such a high-quality option in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend Atallah Cuts. I also noticed they offer salon services, as someone in a separate room was getting their hair colored. If you haven't visited yet, give them a try!

The staff at CK are so kind and do a great job. I have monthly pedicures and the basic manicure done when I go, and I'm always very happy with the results. The salon is clean and inviting. I've been going here for years, and they feel like family. My mom was a customer there, too, and she passed away suddenly during the Fall last year. The next time I was there foran appointment, they were so compassionate and sympathetic, as they knew her well as a customer, too. Overall a great salon with even better people. ?

Stopped in for my first time as a walk in on a Monday evening around 5 PM for an acrylic fill. There was a sign painted on the front door that said "by appointment only" but I took a chance and stepped through the door and asked, "no walk-ins?" and to my relief they said it was fine and to come on in. Lee did my fill and she did a beautiful job. I requested Coffin shape and they look great. After having a place I went to exclusively for more than a decade, I've been bouncing around from place to place for the last few years looking for a place that I can stick with. I had a wonderful time at this nail salon - honestly I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. The two techs were able to fit me in on a busy Friday at noon, got me out within the hour and did an excellent job.

I’m infamous for last minute bookings and walkins and I appreciate businesses that cater to us sometimes super busy and at times disorganized lifestyles.. it happens. This was a last min booking , they were welcoming so sweet so patient with my daughter and I always love a coffee bar after a long day . This cut and blow dry was for my princess but throughout my visit I couldn’t help to think my next appt will be here. I’m glad I ran into this salon and I will be back. Katie is wonderful and so is her mom. We have been going there for a few years now and all 3 generations of my family go there. Her coloring work is exceptional and she was able to give me ash blonde on my dark hair. I've gotten so many compliments on it throughout the years. We are so glad to have a Salon with such talented artists in our town!

My first time at Giovanni’s I had an amazing hair stylist Mariella! It was my first time getting highlights and a cut at a salon in Buffalo after moving here and she was so attentive! It took a while because I have thick and long hair, but she was so patient and I absolutely love my hair now. So glad I have an amazing stylist that I can trust and count on!

MPS checks every box that I have for a vendor. Professional, Polite, Punctual, Quality, Transparency and Pricing. Cam and his team have taken excellent care of my family when we needed to have half of our house re-routed to a different sewer. I've now had them out on 2 different occasions and my first time was just as great! They are consistent and I am over the moon with the service they have provided me today.
The litmus test for any vendor is if you would have them do work for your family. I can confidently say that I would recommend, with my fullest and utmost support, MPS to my family, friends, coworkers or anyone that is looking for a correct and true fix for their plumbing problems!

Super professional and helpful. Able to assist us within 24 hours. Even when there was part of the job he couldn't do, he called in a friend and it was fixed immediately. Charges were super fair and a real compassionate guy. Will tell anyone and everyone to use them.
The drain tiles under my house were broken. The basement leaked every time it rained. CKO Plumbing sent a team in to dig up the perimeter of my basement, throw out the 85 year old pipes and put in new ones. The guys hand carried everything out of my basement and then carried all of the new gravel and cement into the basement. Even though this was a huge job the guys put pride in their work. The new cement floor is smooth. They mopped behind themselves. The guys also patched a couple cracks in my basement walls. The laundry tub had to be moved away from the wall for this project, when it was put back into place they fixed the leak. These guys also made sure that my washing machine was level when they put it back into place. They went above and beyond.
When the name John W Danforth is involved, you know you're in good hands, and I don't mean Allstate. They do HVAC and Piping work like no other, it's not a fluke that they are a titan in the industry. They can handle large facility builds, prisons, colleges, you name it. It's been an honor to work with everyone there. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I chose the Coretec flooring. The trim color matches my kitchen cupboards perfectly. The installation team was fantastic. There were several challenges they had to overcome while installing the flooring in the laundry room working around existing piping and tight spaces.

We saw them at the Buffalo Home Show, and decided to resurface our kitchen cabinets. We checked out other companies and decided we liked their approach the best. The company owner and sales representative, John, was extremely easy to work with. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were scheduled for the fall, but he fit us in just last week, in July, and our kitchen looks great. The installation staff of three employees were very efficient and neat. We particularly liked working with Steve who was very friendly and helpful. Before, during and after photos are attached. After in first two photos, during in middle ones, and before in last two.
We are extremely happy with the work New Buffalo Remodeling did on our living remodel. Jake helped us after another contractor left us with an unfinished mess. Jake and his brother Barney quickly put our minds at ease and then exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail is top-notch and shows in everything from the trim work to the custom benches that Jake built. There is no doubt we will be reaching out to New Buffalo Remodeling for future projects.

I cannot say enough great things about Big Rock and their lawn and plow services. Professional, super open lines of communication, and just plain nice. My driveway and lawn looks lovely during all seasons and I never have to call to see when my service will be performed. I hate going to the dentist but this place really makes me feel comfortable and at home and they never judge if I miss a floss day. They are just supportive and give nothing but a positive vibe .
Dr. Schwagler & Dr. Martell are my aunt and uncle but regardless of being family, they are excellent dentists. They're both kind people who will go above and beyond for their patients. They are both passionate and knowledgeable. I don't know another doctor/dentist that cares about their jobs and patients like they do.I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those that are nervous or hate going to the dentist. They are very understanding people and they take their time, explain things before and during any cleanings/procedures etc. and they are happy to help anyone through any nervous feelings.For those wondering, they have this office in Tonawanda and another office in Lockport (Lockport Family Dental).
I regret not having gone to Dr. Warner sooner! Went to get my teeth cleaned s few weeks ago. Overall, a pleasant experience at the front desk.

A thoughtful, conservative and effective practitioner. I searched high and low for someone who practices like this. I never get the same treatment twice. He always does a full assessment to find what is needed, then tailors the treatment and recovery advice to the specific problem. I'm really glad to have him. You can usually get in same day, be sure to leave a message and be patient for a call, it usually comes within 1hr.

All of these negative reviews disgust me. If I didn't move, I'd still be going to McBride. Dr Parkhill is one of the most sincere and reasonably priced vets I have ever had. From fitting me in last minute for not one, but two separate cat situations (one for my senior seizure kitty Stella) and (one for when I rescued three kittens from the woods at camp) to just overall yearly appointments for my three adult cats. She was great and througho. Answered EVERY question or concern I had in full, and always gave me more than one option when it came to medical requirements for the cars, giving me a choice to decide what I felt would be best in my situation. As for the front desk staff you guys complain about, just like any other human if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you. Don't walk in all miserable or yelling. You'll get the same respect you dish out. Five stars for McBride and if I ever return to the Tonawandas I will be going right back to them
