My dog was hit by a car and had to stay 3 nights. The staff was all so friendly and kind. I was able to call and visit daily. They kept in communication with me when any new imaging or blood worked was done and they always called me back to answer any questions I had
I cannot thank the Green Acres team enough for taking such wonderful care of my 15-year-old diabetic cat during a terrifying emergency. When we arrived, his blood sugar was only 21, and I was absolutely terrified. From the moment we walked through the doors, your team treated him with incredible compassion, professionalism, and urgency. You also treated me with kindness and patience, even through my many anxious phone calls checking on him throughout the night. No one wants to bring their pet baby to an emergency vet - especially one that is an hour and 15 minutes away - I have nothing but respect and appreciation for all the Veterinarians, Techs, and front desk staff we interacted with during the two day hospital stay for our cat.
Dr. Hayley handled our very stressed out boy with so much care and took our concerns seriously. He took ample time to talk thru his exam explaining what he was looking for/feeling for and described possible next steps.
The front desk staff were always so patient and helpful when we called for updates or for questions.
