“Wanted to give a shout out to Brothers Construction on the beautiful craftsmanship on our home. We had siding and gutters done. Luis was very personable, the minute we met him. Every question I asked, he answered and always said “don’t worry, you will be happy” in spite of the rain, Simon and his crew came and worked real hard. They did some amazing work. The gutter guys came at the end of the day and put gutters on the whole house in like two hours just amazing and beautiful. I look at my home every day and smile. I’m glad we did.We made an appointment with Carly and saw the Stuyvesant model and instantly fell in love. 24 hours later, we were signing contracts and beginning the building process. It’s funny because originally we were going to buy a boat and this fell into our lap.Carly went above and beyond with us. She was lightning quick with responses and knows her stuff. We were at the model a lot, taking measurements and asking questions and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lauren was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to picking out everything for our new home. We didn’t feel pressured at all. Shawn and his crew took their time with putting this place together and treated it like it was their home. Our closing was painless. In addition to Kim, Erin guided us professionally through the selection process. She was very helpful when some of our selections became unavailable and guided us to replacements of equal value that more than met our needs. Pep, our site supervisor, was helpful, diligent and responsive. He caught several issues during the construction process that prevented a great deal of problems. Both he and Emil replaced a water heater sensor that failed several months after occupying the home and offered advice for further use.Our six-month complimentary service visit was very well coordinated by Jennifer, who kept us informed at every step of the process. She was professional, well organized, patient and courteous. On-site work was performed by Brian and Larry. They pointed out and repaired items that we had not noticed and were extremely helpful. Special notice goes to Larry, who was a pleasure to work with over the course of several visits.We have been in our new home for a year now and are very pleased with the quality of construction, materials used, and value for the money. Was the house perfect? No, it wasn't. No new home will be perfect even if you build it yourself. Many other builders suspended construction because of COVID.
