In addition to Kim, Erin guided us professionally through the selection process. She was very helpful when some of our selections became unavailable and guided us to replacements of equal value that more than met our needs. Pep, our site supervisor, was helpful, diligent and responsive. He caught several issues during the construction process that prevented a great deal of problems. Both he and Emil replaced a water heater sensor that failed several months after occupying the home and offered advice for further use.Our six-month complimentary service visit was very well coordinated by Jennifer, who kept us informed at every step of the process. She was professional, well organized, patient and courteous. On-site work was performed by Brian and Larry. They pointed out and repaired items that we had not noticed and were extremely helpful. Special notice goes to Larry, who was a pleasure to work with over the course of several visits.We have been in our new home for a year now and are very pleased with the quality of construction, materials used, and value for the money. Was the house perfect? No, it wasn't. No new home will be perfect even if you build it yourself. Many other builders suspended construction because of COVID.
