We recently bought a ~100-year-old house and called Grounded Electric to update/change a few outlets and install ceiling fixture boxes in three bedrooms. Jerry's work was so precise that we did not even have to touch up the paint on our ceilings after he cut in from above to install the boxes! Every outlet and lightswitch he installed was also perfectly flush and level - details that are highly appreciated having seen much less precise work in past places we've lived. We will definitely be calling him again as we continue to update our home.“

“When our organization needed to put an addition on a house we went through 3 other builders who all backed out or ghosted us before we went with a "real" professional contractor. Peachtree exceeded our expectations at every step of the way, in every part of the process.Brian, our project manager, was easy to work with and talk to and kept us up to date with honest info every step of the way. When we had concerns about the quality of some of the subs' work, he usually had already noticed and was already on it, and if not he agreed and got it taken care of.I remodel houses for a living and expected any builder to use low quality builder grade materials. I was pleasantly surprised that they used Advantech flooring and other high quality stuff and the insulation and other work was all well done. Alex (the lead carpenter) and the other guys were conscientious, professional, and easy to work with and talk to.I renovated the kitchen, took out a bearing wall, did electric work and our volunteers painted and did other work while Peachtree took care of the addition. The residents moved in before the addition was complete and Brian and Alex somehow took all of this in stride!In a world where dealing with GCs is a challenge at best and a nightmare at worst, Peachtree was an amazing exception. Also, installed an outlet in my work area and as a surprise mounted it at a height where I can rearrange my equipment any way I want to and it's always easy to access (the customer isn't always right)! “If you are lucky enough to hire Olsi Stavre, congratulations. You won't be disappointed. I had an exterior wall that was severely damaged by carpenter ants. We were concerned about structural integrity. we couldn't find anyone to even look at it. Olso came quickly, gave a fair estimate and then returned to do the work in one day. It is restored beautifully, and it was a tough job. Olsi knows what he is doing, does what he says he will do and has fair rates. It is hard to find someone you can trust and depend on. Olsi is awesome.“

“Johnny Bobo is one of the best masons you can find in the area and you can get him for your GC count yourself very lucky. Bobo rebuilt the 3rd floor brick wall of our 1870's historic home, and later was GC for a number of interior improvements and facade painting.“
