I called this company to get an estimate on a bilco door He came out looked at. It told me I would have an estimate within the week about 14 days later. I have to give him a call. He tells me he doesn't have my estimate that he is really super booked and he can't get to it this year. If he was that busy and that behind in his schedule why did he bother to come out and tell me he could give me an estimate. Very very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company.
Rob did a great job on our window egress. He is prompt and professional and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend him to anyone.Update: Rob did such a good job with our window egress to our basement that we had him finish our whole basement. I have included photos showing the before and after of the basement. His product speaks for itself.
