“I went in on a Monday afternoon, about 3PM, and it only took about an hour from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out. I filled out a couple of pages of basic paperwork (you'll need your insurance card/info, and your pharmacy info). The front desk lady (I didn't get her name, but she had short brown hair and glasses), was so nice. She was friendly, to the point, and informative about what releases I was signing.

I waited for maybe another 5 minutes after filling out the sheets and paying my copay before my PA came out and got me. Cindy Coons, PA, listened to my concerns, and let me know what tests would be run to diagnose my complaint. She did a simple test, told me they'd send it to the lab, and also prescribed me medicine for immediate relief. She answered all of my questions, about the medicine, as well as my illness.

Checking out was easy, I just had to sign my name electronically, and then I was off to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. I really can't speak highly enough about this place. It was so easy, and I got immediate relief, instead of continuing to play phone tag with my doctor's office all day.“
