It was busy and I wasn’t aware of the ability to schedule an appointment before I got there so most of the delay was my issue. Staff was awesome and nice. More importantly I was there 2 days before with my 3 year old granddaughter who had suddenly developed pain in her ear. She was extremely upset but the were so patient and with her and helped treat her and make her comfortable again. They were just awesome!

The staff was very helpful in the check in process. The medical staff was patient and took the time to listen to our concerns. The wait time wasn't too long, about 45 minutes mid-day on a week day.

Made an appointment. Got text messages from different numbers, not sure if you’re supposed to respond to all of them? Was told to come in only to sit and wait in the waiting room. Get into the room to be seen by a nurse who asks you if you want any tests run. Who knows if what I ask for is what I should be asking for!? Waited well over an hour, probably closer to two, for a doctor to see me after that. Saving grace is the doctor. Super compassionate and understanding. Pleasant and caring.
