I have had great experiences here before. Went on Saturday since the signs on the doors and windows said open every day, walk ins available to find the door locked. Consider changing your signage? It’s frustrating when I’m in need of a doctor, the window says open and the door is locked.

As a general rule, and due to negative experiences in the past with various urgent care facilities, I was worried about what I might encounter when I entered this location. I arrived 10 min. after they opened. Reception was very sweet and kind. Within 10-15 min. I was called in to triage. The nurse was very friendly, kind, caring. I was then taken to an examination room and waited less than 5 min. before the young PA came in and examined me. He was very down to earth, considerate, took his time to explain and give the correct care. I tested positive for Strep, so it was more or less an open and shut case. Excellent. Family has been here many times- They handle both minor and major issues effectively and transport to hospital quickly as needed. They gave my child supplemental oxygen immediately although it was unclear to us before that that is what she needed. She ended up needing to stay in hospital overnight. Front desk staff is helpful unlike my one experience with Priority One and Wellnow in Schenectady. The providers are thorough and good with kids. Always clean and no long waits.
