I went in last week for stitches and even though it was the day after a holiday I was seen relatively quick (in and out in under 2 hours) they were professional and friendly and I really felt I got the best care while there. Alexis answered all my questions and seemed to be a wonderful teacher to the student with her. (The student was also great I just can’t remember her name sorry) but for having to get stitches they made the visit as pleasant as possible.
I went in about 10 days later for removal and I was in an out in under 25 minutes.
Highly recommend this place.
I stopped in at the urgent care down the road from this one exactly one minute before their patient in-take cut-off time of 7:30pm, I was told they could not see me. In pain and a bit disappointed, I drove to AlbanyMed Urgent care (this location) and was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. It was my first time there, completed the paperwork in a jiffy (we all know how much it sucks to do paperwork whilst in pain) and within 20 minutes I was called in. They had several folks ahead of me and I was not expecting them to take me in so quickly. Once in, a PA by the name of Emily Collocio attended to my care. Today I visitors Urgebt Care in Hannaford Plaza where I saw Chelsea Donnelly who provided me with the utmost excellent care. She was personable and thorough. She took her time and listened to my concerns. She was amazing! Highly recommended
