Albany Med EmUrgentCare provides timely medical care for a range of concerns. This urgent care office is the First Choice for many, with a wonderful staff and a wait that is never long. The ladies at the front desk are the best, very friendly, helpful, and great. The medical staff, including the doctors and physician assistants, are professional and extremely kind, handling situations quickly with a lot of care and understanding. Many appreciate the kindness and helpfulness shown.

Im coming here for the 2nd time today first time was quick and easy for my 4 yearold son this time im so stressed and in pain they got me in quick n i had noone to watch my kids i knew the hospital would take hours they let my 4 year old and 14 year old wait in the waiting area so they were not left in car and i really appreciate that so much ! Needless to say i have a bad ear infection and they were kind and fast both times i do recommend if you use urgent care this is the one! Thank you monae for being so kind

Every single staff member we interacted with was both incredibly kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Bringing two small kids to the doctor unexpectedly solo can feel overwhelming, and this office and staff made the experience truly wonderful. Thank you!!
