Absolutely unacceptable!! The lady's at the front desk are so unprofessional and rude. They should both be let go. I was refused medical treatment due to an issue they created because they billed my secondary instead of my primary on a previous visit. Don't understand how that's my fault but I was refused medical treatment with TWO insurances and the issue being their own. Also I tried calling and leaving messages on multiple occasions with no phone call back. I had to call my insurance directly to handle the issue because the lady's at the front desk are too incompetent to do their jobs correctly. They spent 3-5 minutes with my wife told us nothing they could do, Just call this other place. and here take some Aleve. $70! Don't go here they just churn you through as quick as possible charge you up front and tell you they can't help you and send you off with Nothing Aleve but a prescription for it so it's special. Would give less then one star if I could.

When I arrived I was asked to fill out paperwork which I did. After filling out the paperwork I was instructed to sign an area stating that I received the HIPPA information but I didn’t sign it because that information was never given to me. The medical assistant told me I needed to sign that section in order to be treated. After speaking to another person at the desk several minutes later I did sign. After that the medical assistant stood at the desk with her hands behind her back asking me, “if I wanted to be seen because apparently I had an attitude.” I told her that I was not a kid and was not going to let her speak to me anyway.
