I stopped in needing a replacement nose piece for my sunglasses. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful—she mentioned that appointments are usually required but said she’d check. Within just a couple of minutes, she returned with two new nose pieces installed and said, “No charge. Have a great day!” Fabulous customer service!
