“I arrived at Urgent care in Rye early on 12/26 and waited about 45 minutes which I was prepared for. Doctor Palumbo was very helpful. She really listened to my complaints and prescribed the medication I needed. She was very thorough and provided me with follow up instructions. She was kind and friendly and answered all my questions; she didn’t end my visit until all my questions and concerns were covered. Excellent experience.“
