“My husband and I were greeted at the door by Kevin who quickly searched for our records. Sky took over to examine my current glasses and to ask if I had a new prescription or wanted to use the information from last year's prescription.

I selected a new frame. Sky updated my order 2025 order. It was the last day of the year. I had already used my Blue Vision civerage for 2025. So, I returned on January 2, 2026 to pay for my 2026 glasses.

Ian helped me as I paid for my 2026 order. Every employee present each time I arrived asked if they could help. I was promptly seated and cheerfully treated with the utmost professionalism and respect.

The employees at the Fivet Towns location of Visionworks encourages me to return each year. I have returned several years because I love the warm and professional manner each employee treats all of the customers.

The skills and knowledge used to ensure my glasses are correct also keeps me coming back. I'm always happy with my glasses.

All of the employees at this location deserve recognition gor their work ethic. Please acknowledge them.

“This Doctor saw me back July of 2024, it's April 2025. He was kind, empathetic and listened. He wanted me to see an Opthalmologist as there was a concern regarding inflammation in my eyes near with my optic nerves. And wanted me to have an OCT scan to scan my Optic nerve area. I was told previously by a different optometrist that they were concerned for Optic Neuritis, prior to seeing Dr. gailing. He said it's either Optic Neuritis or Drusen.

I ended up with Covid for a month and a half and had to cancel that appointment for that scan unfortunately and time got away from me. Fast forward to January 2025, I went back due to me not being able to see very well, which puts my eye exam 6 Months later. I had a different optometrist with this facility Dr. Lasker and while she was kind she said my inflammation went away. I was thrilled, only for a short while. February 18th I ended up with bubbles on my left sclera and redness with it. I am no longer near this area and ended up seeing an Opthalmologist in Manhattan.

I was diagnosed with episcleritis, given prednisolone eye drops, and given another scan in the back of my eye. She warned me to have a MRI of my orbits right away that my inflammation was very concerning, I informed her that this Dr. Said it could be Drusen or ON, she said she is leaning towards Optic Neuritis. I had my scan March 17th. I have optic nerve inflammation and see a neuro opthalmologist soon. I sent her the scans from January 2025 and she ran a new one and compared them. The one recent has more inflammation, but she said my optic nerves were still inflamed in January.

So, I am grateful for this optometrist here! DR. Gailing thank you for being thorough and not brushing me off. If it wasn't for you I would not have had this looked into any further. I appreciate you very much and wish you all the best.“

“We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous . This is a practice that i would recommend.
Dr. Napolitano took her time with my son — sensitive- AND my wife had a hair stuck in her eye- embedded deep — she REMOVED it gently and quickly - we paid a copay— well worth it!!!
