This Doctor saw me back July of 2024, it's April 2025. He was kind, empathetic and listened. He wanted me to see an Opthalmologist as there was a concern regarding inflammation in my eyes near with my optic nerves. And wanted me to have an OCT scan to scan my Optic nerve area. I was told previously by a different optometrist that they were concerned for Optic Neuritis, prior to seeing Dr. gailing. He said it's either Optic Neuritis or Drusen.

Went here about a month or two ago (meant to write a review then but forgot). Very friendly, straight to the point, no problems. Glasses are were supposed to come in within 2 weeks, got them in 1 week. Went to go pick them up, they make sure I liked them and that I could see properly. I'll definitely be coming here again.
After begrudgingly dragging myself to get a much needed eye exam and new prescription, I planned to be in and out of the store by buying glasses online from home. I haven't found the process of picking glasses, getting fitted etc. in competitor stores all that helpful for me in the past. Thankfully, however I found myself staying at Visionworks in Rosedale, Queens NY for a few hours as I was 1) greeted, checked in and pre-screened by efficient and personable professionals upon arrival, 2) provided with a thorough, clear eye exam by Dr. Lasker, and 3) patiently and expertly guided to select a diverse set of new glasses by Ian, that finally meet the needs and desires I've given up on in past experiences. Thanks all, I think you've helped remove a lot of the dread I clearly associated with these visits before today. I'll be back! and I hope y'all receive the kudos you deserve for a job well done.
