Went in just to ask if they accepted my insurance. They said yes, he asked where I work and he looked everything up for me. Tiffany explained my vision plan in detail (you would think I should've known this, but I didn't). Tiffany & Ken helped me choose my glasses. It was Ken birthday and the end of his shift, and he was still helping pick out glasses. Tiffany was so patient I had a mountain of glasses on her desk & kept changing my mind. She just kept saying it's ok and we would go look at more glasses. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Ken was amazing! I highly recommend the visionworks in rosedale, they’re all a great staff. My glasses arrived AHEAD of time, and I am extremely happy with the fit and look. In all my years of coming here I am yet to be disappointed, because I feel like I am at home with the warm feeling I have when I come here.

I had to get an eye exam and new set of glasses. I went in and was greeted by very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. My initial encounter was with Tiffany who was fun and willing to help. Then the optometrist Dr. Lasker was very helpful. Finally I dealt with Rick who was really patient and funny. I would definitely go back. Oh, btw the prices for the frames were reasonable.
