“Clarence and Lucas were the plumbers who came to my home for a leak detection service. They arrived prepared and acted in a polite, professional way from the start. They clearly explained the plumbing issue they were checking, went over three service options with different prices, and helped me understand what each one included. I chose the leak detection option only, and they walked me through each step before doing any work. They made sure I approved everything along the way, which gave me confidence in the process. They were respectful, easy to talk to, and very careful while inspecting the pipes and plumbing areas. The work was done neatly, and they cleaned up well after finishing. I am still waiting for the written report with photos, findings, and repair recommendations, but based on what they explained during the visit, I feel very good about the service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly recommend Clarence and Lucas for any leak detection or plumbing diagnostic job.“

“Called this awesome guy Johnny on a Saturday morning and within a couple hours him and Kevin were already at my parent's house in Hicksville!

He assessed the situation and said he would be back on Monday with the stuff to fix the tub that was leaking into the basement. I asked him to come back on Wednesday and he came over with Frank and they got right to work.

He could have quoted me this and that and upsell to replace this and that but he wanted to first try and fix the issue without making it a big thing which we agreed with.

Pricing was fair and you can tell he's just a good dude. Very professional and knows what he's doing. You know you found someone good when you know you would call them again.“

“Had a broken shut off valve to our outside water along with a broken spout outside. Water was flowing out full force. Had to shut off the water to entire house in order to stop it. Citywide was great! Kept us updated as far as when a tech would be able to get to us afterhours. Once he arrived he was fast and we were very happy with him and appreciated him coming out at 11:30pm after he already ended his shift. My aunt used them previously and was also happy & recomended them to us. We will definitly use again if needed.

** had to call them a 2nd time for totally diffrent reason anout 8 m9nths later for a cracked drain pipe. They came on a Sunday as promised... fixed it all with in a few hours and we were very happy!“

“Gramman was amazing and we'd highly recommend them.

We've had ongoing issues for months with our Bosch boiler, and were getting messed around with by multiple other 'Bosch Certified' plumbers who were either inexperienced or incompetent, which was costing us time and money. The problems built up and it got to the point where we were without hot water for almost 2 weeks. The other plumbers were horrendous with communication, rude on the phone, lied about timelines, and treated us terribly, not to mention misdiagnosed the issues multiple times.

We finally decided to start fresh and luckily we found Gramman. Marialana (hope I spelled that right) was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and understood the hard time we'd been having, and arranged to have someone there the next morning.

Rob came on time, and could not have been better. He was highly competent and experience, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He immediately discovered some issues and was able to get the unit back up and running, something multiple other plumbers failed to do, and he provided a clear and fair price for the necessary fix.
