“I have nothing but great things to say about All Shore Plumbing. I called at 8am for a leaking kitchen drainpipe in my crawl space and someone was at my door at 9am. Jason came in and assessed my situation. I have zero knowledge with plumbing, I expected a quick cut out of a length of pipe and a PVC insert. Jason explained to me that the entire drain stack was galvanized pipe, and it was 70 years old. It all would be prone to failure, and it should be replaced. I was a little doubtful, but he made sense. He explained all my options and there was no hard sell. I went for the entire stack just to at least avoid future problems. I am so glad that I did! As Jason cut and removed the old piping you could see that it was corroded severely on the inside and was easily going to be an issue. Now I have an entirely new PVC drain stack and all of my drains are actually draining faster than ever. He even added two clear outs to the stack to make snaking the main drain as simple as possible if it is ever necessary. I am very satisfied and will use this company for any further plumbing or heating issues I may have.“

“My main sewer line backed up, once again. Anthony came out within an hour of me calling. He was professional and courteous. He snaked the line and then sent a camera into the pipe to show me what is causing the backup. He said that the roots from my tree on the lawn were growing into the line causing the pipe to become blocked. I asked about reaming the pipe and unfortunately because it's Orangeburg it will collapse if I try to ream it. He suggested replacing the sewer line from house to street. I'm having them come to give me an estimate this week along with a few others. Although they're a little more pricey than the past few guys that I had come and snake the line, I definitely recommend using them.“

“Fast service 7 days a week. Called on a Sunday morning and by noon a technician arrived to clear my main sewer drain. He immediately went right to the problem are and cleared the stoppage. Options for additional cleaning of the cast iron pie, such as enzymes designed to not harm the cadt iron and to dissolve deposits costing the interior of the pipe were discussed and were conveyed very clearly. The technician and dispatcher were very courteous and profession, as well as accommodating. Prices were very reasonable considering it was a Sunday service. “My old house water main valve was "frozen" stuck. I got two quotes to fix it.The first company proposed just changing out the valve. They quoted 30% lower than Rudco, BUT they didn't address my 1950s galvanized water main line to house.Rudco's quote covered the full job - doing it right. Steve at Rudco said he would not do it any other way than the right way, as if it was his own house. Steve said there was risk that a valve-only job could fail.So I went with Rudco. They did a great job, and didn't even need to dig up the grass or disturb anything - using a mechanical extruder to replace the line. So, I have a new line from the city service right through to the interior of my house.Rudco impressed me and gave me peace of mind.“
