Instead of pushing a full replacement, they said the line could be cleared and repaired with the right plumbing equipment and pressure hose service. The price for the repair was much more reasonable. For sewer repair, the crew handled the job with real care and skill. They put down thick plywood before moving the backhoe in, which protected the grass and kept the yard neat. The operator worked with amazing precision. For gas line work and a new water heater, the workmanship was solid, the pricing was very fair and competitive, and the scheduling and customer support was very helpful. The team also handled a shower repair with real skill and efficiency, working very quietly while a toddler was napping. The plumbers are easy to talk to, quick to respond, and very respectful of the home. They offer a free estimate and a military discount. Customers appreciate the honesty, knowledge, and no-pressure advice, as well as the genuine focus on helping the customer save money. Clarence and Lucas were the plumbers who came to my home for a leak detection service. They arrived prepared and acted in a polite, professional way from the start. They clearly explained the plumbing issue they were checking, went over three service options with different prices, and helped me understand what each one included. I chose the leak detection option only, and they walked me through each step before doing any work. They made sure I approved everything along the way, which gave me confidence in the process. They were respectful, easy to talk to, and very careful while inspecting the pipes and plumbing areas. The work was done neatly, and they cleaned up well after finishing. I am still waiting for the written report with photos, findings, and repair recommendations, but based on what they explained during the visit, I feel very good about the service. 100 and 10 percent i recommend calling mario & sons plumbing for septic and drain field work. i did not know much about plumbing, sewer lines, or leach line problems, so i want to share this because it may help someone avoid a huge repair bill and make a smart choice. at first, i was told my leach line was ruined and had to be replaced right away. the estimate sounded extremely high, and the problem was not fully checked before that opinion was given. that made me uncomfortable. later, i got a second opinion and the difference was night and day. clarence and kai came out, were professional, and treated the job like it mattered. they actually opened and inspected the septic...read full review
I was really worried that fixing our sewer line would tear up the whole backyard and turn it into a mess. I expected the crew to remove part of the fence and bring plumbing equipment into the yard, so I thought the lawn would be badly damaged. But the team handled the sewer repair with real care and skill from start to finish. They put down thick plywood before moving the backhoe in, which protected the grass and kept the yard neat.
