Hello, We had Alexis & Sons Plumbers Llc replace 3 old toilets and handle a few smaller plumbing jobs, including new supply lines and sink installs. Ruben was the lead plumber for the service, and he did an excellent job. He worked fast, stayed professional, and clearly explained the plumbing work being done. I was a little unsure at first about hourly pricing, but after seeing how efficient and organized he was, I felt completely comfortable. The office staff was also very helpful and took the time to go over the scope of work and the estimated time, which gave me peace of mind before the job started. Everything was completed with solid workmanship, clean installs, and fair pricing.
