I reached out to the business and the owner apologized for her staff members actions. I accepted it and appreciate her professionalism and honesty.
NOT a good experience. I normally go to Acupoint Relaxation for Foot Reflexology and Massages but decided to go there due to another customer recommendation. I purchased a 30 min Foot Reflexology to try it out
It was a mistake.
They wanted to cover my eyes during the service which I've never done at other businesses and I always like to see what's going in. The staff member went too hard on my foot knuckles and to make matters worse she runs very hot stones and didn't ask me if the temperature...read full review
