Ended up with really bad lower back pain after a squat. I wanted to give the orthopedic massage a chance and I didn’t realize how tight and how much lack of mobility i had on my hips! 2 appointments and my lower back feels so much better! We did a lot of mobility, massaging and stretching. Highly recommend giving Gary a chance!

After one massage I’m already feeling a difference. I had such and hip pain and could barely walk hip steps, I thought I needed a hip replacement.
