“Biscuit and baths at Yorkville Is Cooper’s favorite place. He loves Gianna and Ashley so much that in the mornings when I’m leaving the home and getting him into the car, he knows where he is going. Gianna shows so much love to Cooper and I’m sure that she is like that with all of the Dogs that she works with. In the mornings, when Cooper sees Ashley he goes crazy, wagging his tail and jumping. He is always happy to see her. That tells me that they show love and really care about all the dogs that they are responsible for throughout the day.

“I have been using Pawsability for over a year now, and they are undoubtedly the best dog care facility I have used. They exceed expectations in every category, and go above and beyond to make sure both the kiddos and parents are taken care of, while operating as a non profit which directly impacts members of the local community. A great indicator of how excellent they are is the lack of employee turnover, which is often an issue with other facilities. Not only is the daycare great, but having the onsite grooming is a game changer. I am truly grateful that Carmela and I have Pawsability.“

“Honestly, this place is lovely. I have been to many vets over the years and I have never felt as safe as I do here. They do not shame- my cat is overweight and they remained focused on a plan, not on making me feel like a bad pet parent. Whats even crazier is that my cats do not fear the carrier. While they will cry in the car once they are in the vet office they are calm. They come home relaxed. I think about all the trauma my other cats had at previous vets and it honestly breaks my heart knowing this was an option the whole time. VCG are profoundly lovely and caring people.“

“This is my go-to groomer because they do a great job for a reasonable price and they’re always able to fit me into their schedule. I love the bandanas they send my pup home with! My dog is nervous and they are able to take care of him. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they are a small shop so it doesn’t have a modern vibe and they don’t take cc.“

“We’ve been bringing our Toy Poodle here for years, and I can honestly say this place is amazing. It’s one of the very few groomers that truly understands what a traditional Poodle cut should look like…not a Doodle or Shih Tzu trim.

Before finding this salon, we tried nearly every groomer within a 10-mile radius. No matter where we went, we could never get the look we wanted unless we practically picked up the clippers ourselves! The groomers here consistently do an excellent job and always get it right.

Even though our dog is old and a little grumpy, she loves the staff and that says a lot. They’re professional, patient, kind, and their prices are very reasonable.

I recommend this place a million times over. If you’re looking for groomers who actually know how to groom a Poodle properly, this is the place to go!“

He took roughly two hours and showed he really cared about his work. We will definitely take our cat back here to be groomed by Joey!“
